In this new build, we created focal points like a conservatory-style kitchen nook and connected outdoor living space to cultivate an open, roomy feel within the property’s space constraints. Custom features including a built-in dog wash in the mudroom and a basement movie theater provide inviting, functional spaces to foster the clients’ individual and joint interests.

Warm Industrial Eclectic

This home had good bones in a traditional style that didn’t reflect the homeowners’ taste. Our design infused the space with texture, depth, and unexpected accents to invoke a quirky, cool, industrial feel.

Classical Loft

In this classical loft, we introduced thoughtful details throughout the condo to enhance beauty without sacrificing functionality. The result is a fresh take on classical formal design that supports a modern lifestyle.

Farmhouse Rebuild

This farmhouse rebuild involved space planning for the entire house, then tearing the interior down to studs and outside walls and starting fresh. We selected every finish, material, fixture, piece of furniture, art, and accessory, and installed all interior details one by one, even down to the kitchenware in the cabinets.

BOULDER REMODEL

Design updates in this transitional style home focused on improving usability and spatial design in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom remodel resulted in an improved layout that feels bigger and functions better, and introduced beautiful textures to enrich the entire aesthetic of the space.
